We charge a monthly consolidated fees from the company which goes towards the following:
Salary of a candidate + 15% of the salary towards consultancy charges + Taxes

Campus

We organize campus interview for company’s entry level recruitment process all over India.
We provide the company with free accommodation and hospitality.

  • The ‘Professional Consulting Fee” for a search or selection assignment would be payable on success basis, immediately upon the candidate joining the Client as under
  • For all Search & Selection assignments, the professional fee will be
    • 8.33% of Annual ctc for all levels.(negotiable not less than 5%)
  • In addition to this a Service Tax of 12.36% is also applicable. This may change as per the Government Policy
    • Annual gross remuneration would comprise of
    • All direct remuneration (salary, guaranteed bonuses and allowances)
    • Market practice valuation of perquisites such as client-provided vehicle, housing etc.
    • Contributory Provident Fund contribution by the Client.
  • Travel and Communication Costs: All incidental (out of pocket) costs (if any) for the conduct of the assignment such as travel by air for consultants, hotel charges for outstation interviews, communication costs such as courier/fax/IDD telephone charges incurred for the assignment will be billed at actual. Travel reimbursements made to candidates will be itemized and billed on completion of interviews. The Client’s formal approval on estimate basis would be taken before incurring of expenses.
  • The Client will undertake to effect payment within 15 days of the receipt of the talent Hunter Staffing invoice for professional consulting fee and other expenses listed above.
  • The Client and Talent Hunter staffing will each nominate a coordinator to facilitate a single point of contact and better understanding of the Client’s requirements and staffing policies.
  • The offer will be valid for a period of one year and shall be renewed automatically for subsequent periods of one year each unless terminated by either party.
